GENERAL

♡ As the artist, I have the right to reject a commission request, post finished commissions to my social media or on my website, and showcase artwork as a sample for future clients unless asked!

PAYMENTS

♡ All prices are in USD. Conversion costs will be handled by the client.♡ The commission must be paid in full before I begin work with references provided.

REVISIONS

♡ Up to 3 major changes may be asked for after sketches are approved. More detailed changes could add additional charges, so please be specific and provide references!♡ If your character/subject matter is too complex, additional costs may applyex: detailed armor/clothing, detailed weapons, robotic parts, complex animal traits, etc.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

♡ Please allow 5-15 days for artwork turnaround per piece!♡ Rush may be done for additional fees from 5-15% of the total price.

ART USE

♡ Payment and prices reflect commissions for personal use only. If you would like to commission me to design your merchandise or characters, please email me to discuss it. Commissions may NOT be used for commercial purposes or for profit, nor may they be minted for NFT or any type of crypto currency/art.♡ Commercial use for monetized streams may be subject to an additional fee. Please email me to discuss.♡ Artwork may NOT be used at any stage to feed or be used in generative AI.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

♡ I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to all sketches and artwork made. The client may not claim my artwork as their own or use the artwork for anything other than personal use.♡ My watermark and signature may not be removed unless permitted by myself, the artist.

REFUNDS

♡ 1-2 sketches will be sent to the commissioner (unless specific pose is asked for). A refund may be given before the sketches are submitted. Once the sketches are sent, no refund can be given.♡ If I, the artist, do not give you a written or verbal update with your commission within 120 days (4 months), the client has the right to a full refund (even if sketches have been approved).♡ I, the artist, reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime. In the event a commission must be cancelled, work in progresses will be sent to the client along with a full refund.
